Shipping Policy.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3 working days.

If you are ordering for a specific date and are based outside of the United Kingdom, we recommend purchasing ahead of time to avoid disappointment.

Estimated Shipping Times

UK inland orders are sent via First Class postage and aim to be delivered by the next working day.

All international orders are sent via International Standard.

Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days.

Worldwide delivery aim: 5-7 working days.

Tracked & Signed

We do offer a tracked delivery service on all orders. For larger orders of £20 and higher we recommend purchasing this service to track your order.

Lost Orders

I am happy to send a replacement for orders lost in transit if enough time has passed for them to be considered lost and if the buyer wishes to have a replace sent. I consider an item lost after 4 weeks for UK inland orders and 6 weeks for all international orders.
