Refunds
At LunaAndCakeShop, I am happy to offer a refund for any item that arrives damaged or becomes lost in transit. I consider an item lost after 4 weeks for UK inland orders and 6 weeks for all international orders, after which time I am happy to offer a full refund at the buyer’s request.
I am unable to offer refunds for orders that do not arrive by a specific date, or for orders that are no longer wanted by the buyer.
Returns & Exchanges
I am unable to offer returns and exchanges at LunaAndCakeShop, except in specific circumstances, such as if an order arrives defective, damaged or if the wrong item is received. This includes if you have ordered the incorrect size of any apparel. If you would like a return or exchange and believe you fall under this category, please contact us as soon as possible via the Contact page, or directly at lunaandcakeshop@gmail.com.
Please note, your return or exchange will only be processed if the item is received back to us in a sellable condition. We are happy to reimburse the postage costs of any return.
Replacements
I am happy to send a replacement for orders lost in transit if enough time has passed for them to be considered lost and if the buyer wishes to have a replace sent. I consider an item lost after 4 weeks for UK inland orders and 6 weeks for all international orders.
Due to being a small business, I can only replace lost orders once. All replacements are sent via 2nd Class Postage for all UK inland orders, and International Standard for all international orders.
